We understand that it may be hard to lease an apartment site unseen. So we would like to put your mind at ease!

Our Guarantee: if you move into your apartment and it just doesn’t feel right, you will receive a FULL REFUND of all monies you paid, less any damages. We will try to make it as easy as possible, we just need written notice and keys left in the apartment.
